Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to the class?

Extra nappies, a clean towel for baby, a changing mat, extra clothes, snacks and drinks.

Does my little one need to be vaccinated first before attending a session?

We recommend babies to have had the 6 to 8 week check already before attending the sessions. For vaccinations, we recommend not to do any massage or yoga for 24 to 48 hours after vaccination, as baby/child might not be fit. You can still join the class by following along with the instructions on a doll or stuffed toy, or just by watching. However, if your little one is premature, please check with your GP/Health practitioner first.

My little one has had diarrhoea, can we still attend the class?

If little one has had diarrhoea, or was sick (vomiting), we ask you to please wait 72 hours after the symptom has cleared before attending the session.

My little one/I have strep A infection, can we still attend class?

If you or your little one has had a strep A infection, we kindly ask you to please wait 24 hours after you start taking antibiotics to avoid spreading the disease to other participants.

What's the room temperature like?

The room has an average temperature of 21 degrees Celsius so this is perfectly comfortable and safe for babies and children.

How early should we be before the session starts?

We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before the start of your session.

What if my baby needs to breastfeed during the session?

Mum and baby can breastfeed with no problems at all during the session. Mum and baby can take a quick break from the session.

Our goal is to provide you with a fun and safe learning environment so you could have the best time with your little one.
